This ministry is based on the words of Jesus, “Whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did it for me.” (Mt 26:40).
Whether it is a health or financial need, we aim to assist and support our parish and community members in need of help. Projects include a Community Thanksgiving Dinner, support for Mary’s Meals and local food pantries, providing school supplies to local schools, helping support Elements in Kalona, providing toys for HACAP at Christmas and sponsoring HACAP families, supporting the Rice Bowl, and distributing wood comfort crosses and handmade rosaries for people in need of prayers.
